i dont think you can buy them at claires but you can buy them at hallmark by categories for about $5 a pack with 24 inside;; by category i mean sea animals zoo animals etc..

I think they are at hallmark.its a possiblity that they could be at clairs or at a.c. moore or ebay. ebay is where you could get glow-in-the-dark.

Yes you can buy them at claire’s. They sell all from shapes, the glow in the darker, to animals, and so on. You can get a pack for $3.50. Celebritys are now starting to wear them as well.
I bought some at claires because i do not lived near a hallmark but let me tell you this the silly bandz at claire’s are REALLY HIGH PRICED!!!! it cost me 4$ just for on pack!
